H.R.
(Randy) Ueckert has thirty-plus years experience in design, field
engineering, project management, and estimating relating to Heavy /
Civil construction including municipal, oil field, school district,
airport, utility, commercial and retail. Randy directs the overall
activities of the company ensuring all operations are effective and
efficient and company procedures are followed.
Randy is a lifelong, fourth generation Bellville resident who began H.R.
Ueckert Co., Inc. in February 2002 with the purchase of the Priesmeyer
Brothers, a 42-year-old farm and ranch contracting business located in
Bellville. Randy brought over 25 years of experience in the farm and
commercial contracting field to the company. Before purchasing the
company, Randy was the job superintendent for Lonnie Lischka Company in
Bellville on jobs that included major detention ponds and drainage
ditches for Harris and Fort Bend counties, Highway 290 by-pass in
Hempstead, Texas, excavation and site work for Katy Mills Mall and the
Woodlands Mall. He was project superintendent for the reclamation of the
coalmines in Carlos, Texas for Texas Municipal Power Agency which
involved over seven million cubic yards of excavation and shaping. Randy
is known for his strong and diligent work ethic, and has completed most
projects ahead of schedule. Randy and his wife Reesa have been married
for over 25 years. They have three daughters; Kara, Kate, and Terri
Lynne who is married to Justin Maresh. Randy is a former board member of
both Faith Academy of Bellville and Nelsonville Brethren Church and
continues to be involved in these and several other community
organizations

John Goeke
Superintendent |
John has twenty-plus years experience in
project management related to Heavy / Civil construction including
municipal, oil field, school district, airport, commercial, and retail.
John is an expert in all aspects of same including earthwork, soil
stabilization, placement of base, and surveying. He analyzes
productivity, moves and directs people to assure work is completed in
the most productive manner, and at the highest quality standards for the
customer. John is also an expert operator of all the construction
related equipment and a certified welder. John is a sixth generation
Washington county native. He and his wife, Michelle have two children
and are member of Salem Lutheran church in Brenham.

David Chovanec
Spraying Technician

David has worked in farm
and ranch contracting for over twenty years. He worked as a plant
operator and heavy equipment operator in the Colorado county gravel pits
before joining Priesmeyer Brothers in 1987. He has been doing commercial
spraying since 1992 and has sprayed over one-half million acres. David
was born and raised in the Brushy Community of Colorado County and is
the fifth generation of his family to work the family farm. David and
his wife Donna live in Bellville and have two children and two
grandchildren.

Justin Maresh
Excavation Project

Justin has twelve-plus years
experience in Heavy / Civil construction including municipal,
oil field, school district, airport, commercial and retail. As a
finish dozer operator, Justin is a lead man for all excavation
projects who takes pride in his work. Justin is a fifth
generation native of Austin county, and a member of the
Bellville Volunteer Fire Department. He and his wife Terri live
in Bellville and are members of Nelsonville Brethren church.

Jeremy Novicki
Finish Dozer Operator |
Jeremy has eight-plus
years experience in finish grading operations with a dozer involving
slopes, ditches, and top-soiling. Jeremy has a strong work ethic and is
very particular about his work and every aspect of each job at hand. A
native of Austin County Jeremy has lived and worked in this area his
entire life.

Joe Solis
Finish Blademann |
Joe has forty-plus years of highway construction experience. He
oversees stabilization and base operations. Joe and his wife Ninfa have
one son and two grandchildren and live in Bellville. |

Mark Arning
Lead Scraper Operator |
Mark has twenty-five-plus years of experience in street projects and
installation of municipal sanitary sewers. His main duties with H. R.
Ueckert are scraper, dozer, and backhoe operator. Mark is the current
president of the Bellville Volunteer Fire Department. He and his wife
Tina and their daughter Samantha live in Bellville and are members of
Nelsonville Brethren Church.

Bryan Vacha

Superintendent |
Superintendent Bryan has worked in the farm and ranch industry in
and around Bellville his entire life. Being a former ranch manager of a
three thousand acre ranch, and a former owner of a cattle shipping
business he posses vast knowledge of ranch, pasture and land management.
He is also well skilled in the art of making any outdoor area look
beautiful. Bryan is a charter member of the Kenney Volunteer Fire
Department, a Bellville Little League coach, and a board member of the
Austin County Youth Rodeo Association. He and his wife Janet have two
children, live in Kenney and are members of the Phillipsburg Lutheran
Church. |
